She's Gone!

So, the other day I spent some time loading photos of some more of my items from my workshop onto my online Etsy shop.  So, I put up this mermaid treasure box and a few minutes went back to edit something - and the entry was gone.   Disappeared!

Knowing me and my "love/hate affair" with my computer. . . who knows.   Well, guess what? Apparently, someone snatched it up within minutes! SO . . . Below is my little creation first along with its description.  After that, I will post some other simply adorable Mermaid boxes that are out there available on the Etsy market.   In the meantime, I am looking for more tiny mermaid figurines!

"What would I give If I could live    Outta these waters?
What would I pay To spend a day    Warm on the sand?
Betcha on land They understand     Bet they don't reprimand their daughters. . .
Up where they walk - Up where they run
Up where they stay all day in the sun
Wanderin' free - Wish I could be  Part of that world."

~ Little Mermaid

A perfect jewelry box for your littlest Mermaid.
This tiny porcelain Mermaid sits atop her treasure box amidst a world of seashells.
Next to her, on a funky pink sea sponge, lays a miniature starfish.
This is an up-cycled & re-purposed piece.
How could I say no to this charming hand-painted tiny dresser I found?
And then literally, moments later I met up with this tiniest of mermaids.
. . . It just had to be this creation!
I repainted the inside of the two tiny drawers in a hot pink.
However, I just couldn't change the hand-painted detail on the outside of the box.
This tiny mermaid dresser measures: 10" tall x 6" wide and about 3" deep.
The seashells and especially the starfish are very delicate.
